Jessica Outer is a passionate advocate for the Rights of Nature, aligning her career with her love for the environment and interest in law.

With expertise recognized by the United Nations Harmony with Nature programme, she works as an independent consultant focusing on the implementation of Rights of Nature in various jurisdictions.

Jessica has a background in international environmental law, with degrees from the University of Nottingham and De Haagse Hogeschool, and additional studies in Development Studies from the University of Groningen.

She has been involved in various organizations, including JEDO Consultancy, Earth Advocacy Youth, United Nations, MSG Sustainable Strategies, and more, showcasing her diverse experience in the environmental and legal fields.
