Jessica Langdorf

Jessica Langdorf is a highly accomplished professional with extensive experience in product analytics, customer success insights, digital engagement, and eCommerce program management. She has studied both Marketing and Psychology, achieving Bachelor's degrees in both fields as well as a Master's degree in Psychology Engineering. Her expertise in analytics and optimization has led her to be a Senior Director at Asapp, where she oversees product analytics initiatives. Prior to that, she served as the Director of Customer Success Insights for the same company. Before joining Asapp, she held numerous high-level positions, including Director of Analytics and Optimization at Inq, Vp of Digital Interactions Lab and Solutions Planning and Digital Insights at Touchcommerce, and many more. Apart from her impressive work experience, Langdorf has also studied at The University of British Columbia. Her dedication to excellence is demonstrated by the results she has achieved throughout her career.
