Jessica Jackman is an international development professional with 16 years of combined domestic and international experience in business development, project management, grants management, finance and compliance, investment, and social services. She holds a Master's degree in International Conflict and Security from the Brussels School of International Studies, University of Kent, along with Bachelor of Science degrees in Political Science and Sociology from the University of Utah.

Jessica has a wealth of experience in organizational strategy and growth, specializing in proposal development for grants and contracts funded by USAID and other USG and non-USG sources. Her professional journey includes roles in finance, project management, and youth development through organizations like Fidelity Investments, Peace Corps, and State of Utah.

Jessica is a strategic thinker with a strong track record of directing successful proposal efforts for multi-million-dollar projects, conducting fact-finding missions, budget development, and key personnel recruitment. She excels in managing subcontractors and grantees, developing corporate business strategies, and obtaining buy-in from internal and external stakeholders.
