Jessica Ausinheiler is an experienced professional specializing in co-designing and facilitating development programs focused on community empowerment and climate resilience.

With a background in consulting, Jessica has collaborated with top private US-based foundations to design strategies that better engage the communities they support.

Her expertise spans across various areas including strategy & operations, cross-sector partnerships, convening design and facilitation, management & mentorship, policy analysis, and advanced negotiation.

Jessica holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree from Harvard Kennedy School and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Near and Middle Eastern Studies from Princeton University.

Currently, Jessica serves as a Project Lead at euroclimaplus, where she continues to make significant contributions in the field of community empowerment and climate resilience.
