Jesse Dubler is an accomplished linguistic and cultural sign language specialist with a strong history of progressively increasing management responsibilities. Dubler holds a BA in International Environmental Policy from the University of California, San Diego, along with an AA in Liberal Arts and Sciences, General Studies, and Humanities from Palomar College.
In their professional life, Dubler has served as the CEO of Certified Deaf Interpreter, Consultant, Trainer, and Instructional Developer at Deaf Gain Visual Studio. They have also held roles such as Director of Interpreting at Sorenson Communications, Inclusion Project Manager at Willow Domestic Violence Center of Greater Rochester (formerly ABW), and as a Legal Assistant at Stein & Vargas LLC. Dubler has also been involved in several community and educational organizations.
Dubler's expertise includes interpreter training, sign language assessment/instruction, public speaking, adapting best practices, demand/lead generation, strategic planning, and systems thinking. They have demonstrated their proficiency in leadership and mustering trauma-informed approaches to their work. Dubler is a skilled practitioner in all interpretive settings, with the exception of K-12.
