Jerry Montgomery is a highly accomplished and experienced business leader, with a strong background in human resources, strategy, and environmental conservation. After studying for an AB degree at Harvard University, he went on to earn an MBA at Rollins College - Crummer Graduate School of Business. Jerry has held a number of high-level executive positions throughout his career, including Chief Human Resources Officer at Carnival Corporation & PLC, Senior Vice President at The Walt Disney Company, and President of Orlando Strategy Group.
He has also been active in academia, serving on the Dean's Advisory Council at Florida International University/Chaplin School of Hospitality and Tourism Management. Additionally, Montgomery has served on the Advisory Board of The Biltmore Company, Past Chair and Trustee of The Nature Conservancy, and Vice Chairman of the Governing Board of the South Florida Water Management District. This broad range of leadership experience has given him a unique perspective on the challenges facing businesses and organizations today, and he continues to be an influential voice in the field of human resources and environmental conservation.
