Jerry Hayes is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Threat Research, Customer Communications, Support Operations, and Project Management. He has led various projects at Trend Micro, including the Webinar Program, How To Videos series, Newsletter, and Globalizing Communications initiatives.

In his current role as a Global Program Manager at Trend Micro, Jerry focuses on expanding insights into different areas of the organization to enhance global customer communications. He is dedicated to developing robust project management skills to drive ideas effectively and build on past project successes for enterprise-level customers.

Jerry Hayes values Knowledge Transfer Improvement and aims to produce more instructional videos on various 'how to' topics. He is striving to deepen his product knowledge to engineer end-to-end customer solutions that optimize the use of Trend Micro security products in diverse environments. Jerry also seeks to define and implement a strategic vision for 'Globalize Communications.'

Throughout his career, Jerry Hayes has demonstrated strong leadership skills and a passion for effective customer engagement strategies. He holds a background in Business Administration, Business, and Journalism, having pursued education at Paris High School in Texas and Southwestern Oklahoma State University. Prior to his current role at Trend Micro, Jerry held prominent positions as Customer Service Manager at Trend Micro, CEO and Owner/Manager at Renegade Entertainment, and Technical Account Manager at Microsoft.
