Dr. Julian Zuber is the Managing Director and a founding member of GermanZero, a climate-focused non-governmental organization established in 2019, aimed at facilitating Germany's transition to a climate-neutral society. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Economics from Universität Bayreuth, a Master of Science in Economic and Social History from the University of Oxford, and a PhD in Governance from the Hertie School of Governance.1
Before his role at GermanZero, Dr. Zuber co-founded the organization and served on its board. He has extensive experience in consulting and governance, having worked as a Senior Consultant at civity Management Consultants and in various capacities at the Federal Foreign Office of Germany and Roland Berger Strategy Consultants. His academic and professional background emphasizes a strong interdisciplinary approach, integrating economics, governance, and sustainability.13
