Jennifer Whyte Rivera is a seasoned Strategy and Operations professional with a diverse background in Healthcare, Semiconductors, and the Public Sector.

Her expertise lies in managing teams, executing projects centered on process improvement, organizational design, program management, supply chain, and sales & marketing in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.

Jennifer pursued her undergraduate studies in Economics and Hispanic Studies at Columbia University in New York City, and furthered her education with a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Harvard Business School.

She has held key positions at notable organizations, including being a Senior Director and formerly a Director of Application Maintenance at BrightInsight, as well as serving as a Director of Strategy and Operations at the same company.

Prior to her roles at BrightInsight, Jennifer worked as a Project Leader and Consultant at the prestigious Boston Consulting Group (BCG), gaining valuable experience in various domains.

Her professional journey also includes positions such as Business Development at General Biotechnologies, Summer Consultant at The Boston Consulting Group, Performance Marketing - Senior Consultant at IBM, and Corporate Development - Mergers and Acquisitions Analyst at IBM.
