Ritu Jain is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in Management Consulting and Industry experience.

With an MBA from SP Jain and an engineering degree from VNIT Nagpur, Ritu has amassed over 18 years of experience.

Throughout her career, Ritu has worked at reputable organizations such as PwC, IBM, Volkswagen, and Genpact, gaining exposure across various industries in India and SE Asia.

Her specialities include overseeing large-scale Cost transformation programs, Process Improvement, Strategy & Transformation, Supply Chain Management, Cost Reduction, Business Transformation, Operations Management, Management Consulting, Business Consulting, and Project & Program Management.

Ritu's educational background includes a Bachelor of Engineering from Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology and a PGDBM (equivalent to an MBA) from S.P. Jain Institute of Management & Research.

In her professional journey, Ritu has held key positions such as Vice President of Corporate initiatives Group at Genpact, Business Consultant at Volkswagen India focusing on Finance, Process Improvement, Mergers, and Corporate Strategy, and Managing Consultant roles at IBM Malaysia and IBM India, where she specialized in Process Improvement, Program Management, Strategy, Supply Chain Management, and Cost Reduction.

Before her corporate roles, Ritu held the position of Senior Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers and started her career as an Officer Maintenance (Electrical) at Tata Steel.
