Jennifer Whaler, an experienced Environmental Scientist with 16 years of domestic and international environmental consulting experience, is proficient in assessing and mitigating environmental risk. She has expertise in conducting environmental due diligence investigations (Phase I and Phase II ESAs), litigation support, petroleum storage tank upgrades and closures, and soil, groundwater, and soil vapor assessments, monitoring, and remediation in accordance with applicable state and federal regulations. She has managed wetland restorations and biological assessments for NPDES water quality permitting for clients including major oil companies, industrial corporations, insurance companies, law firms, financial institutions, utility companies, transit authorities, and waste disposal facilities. Jennifer's wide-ranging technical and project management experience includes assessing and cleaning up industrial infrastructure, oil and gas terminals, landfills, mining operations, port facilities for air and marine commerce, solid waste operations, as well as commercial, and residential real estate properties. Jennifer has a Bachelor of Science in Biology degree from the University of Tampa, and she studied Environmental Science at the University of South Florida-St. Petersburg Campus and Triton College.
