Jennifer Torney

Jennifer Torney is an experienced business professional with a demonstrated history of working in the talent management and staffing industry. Her expertise in public speaking, total talent management strategy, and human capital management have helped her a great deal in her previous and current roles. Jennifer was a Vice President in the Midwest region at TAC Worldwide and the Director of Technology at Kforce Technology Staffing. She also served as the VP of Strategic Accounts and Director of Procurement at Somera Communications before joining ManpowerGroup, where she is currently the Vice President of Client Engagement for North America. Her extensive knowledge in alternative workforce solutions, freelancer management, and recruitment process outsourcing has helped her build a successful career. Jennifer is also a member of the Staffing Industry Analysts Advisory Group - the SIAAG - which is a team of industry leaders who work together to develop best practices, industry standards, and priorities related to key strategic initiatives impacting the future of the contingent workforce.
