Jennifer Thomas is a highly experienced corporate transactional specialist, with over eight years of experience in private and public commercial transactions, corporate governance, corporate intellectual property matters, and regulatory compliance. Her extensive subject matter and transactional knowledge have resulted in her being a skilled problem solver, capable of delivering professional, timely, cost-effective, and bottom-line-orientated legal services to senior management.
