Jennifer Smith, PMP, CSM

Jennifer Smith is a seasoned IT professional who currently serves as the Senior Director of Operations at The New School. With an educational background in both Professional Music and Arts, Entertainment, and Media Management, Jennifer's career trajectory began as a Webmaster at Berklee College of Music. She then went on to become a Project Manager at Nettmedia and subsequently Project Manager at Zeff Design, where she oversaw branding projects. Jennifer formerly served as the Director of Online Media and later as Director of IT Project Management at The New School before assuming her current position.

In her current role, Jennifer is responsible for collaborating with IT teams and project stakeholders to offer innovative solutions for the university's business needs. She also ensures that the IT project portfolio is managed efficiently and that user needs are met by coming up with empathetic solutions.
