Jennifer Sheasgreen

Jennifer Sheasgreen is a well-respected leader in healthcare finance, asset-based lending, and banking. She is a certified Fellow (FHFMA) through the Healthcare Financial Management Association. With over two decades of experience in the field, Jennifer has built a successful career with expertise in start-ups, acquisitions, underwriting, contract negotiations, and risk assessment. Her passion is entrepreneurship and startups, and she has been instrumental in creating and leading successful de-novo companies. Jennifer has experience lending to various healthcare organizations, including hospitals, physician groups, home health agencies, hospice, skilled nursing, medical device, pharmacy, and healthcare staffing agencies, among others. She is the President of Siena Healthcare Finance and previously held leadership positions at The Fourth Floor, CNH Finance, Triumph Healthcare Finance, Stearns Healthcare Finance, Marquette Healthcare Finance, and Aequitas Capital Management. Jennifer is a published author and a member of the Advisory Board.
