Cheryl H. Cohen, MBA, FHFMA

Cheryl H. Cohen, MBA, FHFMA, is a highly experienced healthcare finance professional with over 25 years in the industry, excelling in various roles such as Chief Financial Officer for a hospital and Director of Finance for a health maintenance organization.

Currently, Cheryl focuses on equipment finance at Webster Bank, handling transactions ranging from $1,000,000 to large capital budget projects exceeding $50,000,000, catering to health systems, physician groups, and outpatient centers.

Cheryl is a distinguished Fellow at the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA), where she has held various leadership positions nationally and within the New Jersey chapter, including serving as president and a director.

Beyond her involvement in HFMA, Cheryl has contributed as a Board Trustee for the New Jersey Organ and Tissue Sharing Network Foundation and currently serves as a Board member of the Pardee Hospital Foundation in North Carolina.

She earned her MBA in Finance and Accounting from Rider University and her bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting from Stockton University, both located in New Jersey.
