Jennifer holds an MPhil in Politics from the University of Cambridge and a BA in Political Science and Justice Studies from the University of New Hampshire, where she graduated summa cum laude. She completed a PhD in War Studies at King's College London, and has published extensively in peer-reviewed journals and presented at conferences around the world.
