Jennifer Lobasz

Jennifer Lobasz is an Associate Professor in the Department of Women & Gender Studies at the University of Delaware.1 She holds a Ph.D. in Political Science from the University of Minnesota, with fields in International Relations and Political Theory, and a minor in Feminist Studies.1 Lobasz joined the University of Delaware in 2011, initially with a joint appointment in Political Science, before moving to a full appointment in Women & Gender Studies in 2021.1

- Trafficking in persons

Lobasz has authored a book titled "Constructing Human Trafficking: Evangelicals, Feminists, and an Unexpected Alliance" published by Palgrave in 2019.12 She has also published several journal articles and book chapters on topics such as human trafficking, feminist approaches to security studies, and representations of female soldiers.1
At the University of Delaware, Lobasz teaches courses including Introduction to Sexualities & Gender Studies, Introduction to Feminist Theory, and The Social Construction of Sex Trafficking.1
