Jennifer Lauber Patterson is an experienced director in sustainable solutions, with a strong background in Board and advisory roles both in Australia and internationally, totaling 30 years in the energy, corporate advisory, banking, and not-for-profit sectors.

As the Managing Director of Frontier Impact Group, she has led the development of innovative commercial business models and financial solutions aimed at transitioning to a lower carbon economy while fostering social and financial prosperity.

Jennifer's expertise lies in strategy, leadership, management, and the development of cutting-edge financial derivatives and capital solutions to address governance and risk issues in energy, renewable energy, energy efficiency, water efficiency, air quality, and sustainable land.

Currently serving as a Board Member of Sustainability Victoria, Board Member of Carbon8, and on the Business Advisory Panel of the Southern Cross University Regenerative Agriculture Alliance, Jennifer also holds qualifications as a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA) and a graduate from the Institute of Company Directors.
