Jia Deng is a highly skilled professional with a background in management, marketing, and non-profit management. With her double Master's degrees in CEMS International Management and Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the National University of Singapore, Jia has become an expert in collaborating across teams for transformation and enabling community building through learning new technologies. Her strengths also lie in facilitating communication through the different stages of change management cycle.

Jia has worked in various organizations such as GovTech Singapore, Crédit Agricole CIB, and Avaloq, where she has held different positions such as a Project Management Officer, Associate, and HR intern. She has also interned at Mondelēz International, Philips, and Kajima Overseas Asia Pte Ltd, where she has built a reputation as a team player with the right blend of teamwork and leadership that has helped to significantly improve project deliverables.

Outside of work, Jia is actively engaged in volunteering activities that allow her to strengthen her marketing, leadership, and execution skills in arts, mentoring, and non-profit management. She is also passionate about continuing her education and self-development, a student forever.
