American Bible Society

Work with American Bible Society’s digital products to ensure that our national ministry partners are well served with digital products as we work towards 100 million people actively engaging Scripture in the U.S. 

Work with ministry partners and the Digital Media team to determine how American Bible Society’s digital resources can be utilized and customized to support the ministries’ local and national Scripture engagement campaigns.

Streamlined financial and legal processes for the department, and created a matrixed team of administrative staff to collaboratively improve the processes going forward; this reduced the processing time with Legal and Finance departments by more than 50% and reduced late payments to vendors by the same amount. 

Prepared and managed $7 million annual capital and operational budgets for the division.

Developed customized monthly budget reports for the Senior VP and other Directors so they could make informed decisions on how to spend their funds.

Oversaw HR, staffing, and legal processes for the Communications Division.

Instituted an online tracking system, using standard collaboration tools, for the wide variety of documents and information we were responsible for tracking.
