Jennifer Dudeck is currently the Senior Vice President and Chief People Officer at Red Hat, where she leads the team responsible for global human resources supporting Red Hat associates around the world.1 In this role, she is focused on making Red Hat the best place to work by attracting, developing, and rewarding associates from all backgrounds and fostering an award-winning open culture.1

Dudeck began her career at Honeywell, where she served as an HR Leader for the Aerospace & Engineered Materials Business Units from 1995 to 2001.1

She holds a degree from Albion College.1
