Jennifer Chevalier has a strong background in practice management and personal development, honed from years of working in some of the most elite dental practices in the Bay Area. During this time, she developed a passion for the healthcare industry, particularly on how businesses could run profitable and successful practices to facilitate better healthcare standards. Jennifer pursued her Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Major in Marketing, Minor in Communications, from San Jose State University. She then became a marketing consultant to various private practices in healthcare, where she discovered that a broken training system could hamper success, even with the most extensive marketing efforts. This realization prompted her to co-found Virtual Training Innovation, a platform that became crucial to training employees to improve businesses globally.
