Jennifer Carolan is a co-founder and general partner at Reach Capital, a venture capital firm that invests in education startups. She started her career as a history teacher in Illinois and moved to the Bay Area to support education innovators. With a specialty in creating exceptional tools for teachers and engaging curricula for students, she offers her expertise to startup founders through her work on boards such as Outschool, Stellic, Derivita, Desmos, SeeSaw, and BookNook. Jennifer is also a lecturer at Stanford, her alma mater, and serves on the board of Castilleja School and Kind Hearts, a local organization serving the Bay Area's most vulnerable populations.
