With extensive experience as a human resources business partner, Jennifer excels in overseeing talent management and development initiatives in high-growth companies and teams.

Her proficiency spans across various HR functions including strategic business partnering, employee relations, operations, payroll & benefits administration, coaching, training & team development, and performance & change management.

Jennifer obtained a Bachelor of Science degree majoring in Broadcast Journalism & Political Science from the prestigious S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University.

Throughout her career, Jennifer has held key roles in renowned organizations, including Woman Corp, Ogilvy, Palmetto, and Edelman, where she served in progressive positions such as Executive Director, Global People Experience; Vice President, Talent Director; Senior Vice President, Talent Director (Human Resources); and Vice President, Human Resources, among others.
