Jenna Papadopoulos Fullmer

Jenna Fullmer, a seasoned professional with a background in political organizing, advocacy, and electoral campaigns, boasts over a decade of experience working with progressive organizations and labor unions like UAW, NEA, AFT, and SEIU.

Before establishing Blue Compass Strategies, Jenna held the prestigious position of Executive Director at The Atlas Project, a renowned research organization offering data and analysis services to the progressive community.

In her current roles, Jenna not only leads Blue Compass Strategies but also serves as a partner at The Organizing Group, a political consulting firm specializing in issue advocacy and campaign management. Moreover, she holds the title of Executive Director at The Accountability Project, an organization dedicated to monitoring and exposing right-wing activities affecting the progressive movement in targeted regions.

Apart from her primary roles, Jenna oversees various independent expenditure committees, including Working for Us PAC and They Work for Us, which focus on promoting progressive candidates and ensuring accountability among politicians.

Originally from South Jersey, Jenna is now based in Richmond, VA, where she continues to drive impactful change through her involvement in multiple influential organizations.

Jenna obtained her Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from American University, fostering a strong foundation for her career in political activism and strategic consulting.
