Jen Baker

Jen Baker is a professional dedicated to adult education and community engagement for ten remarkable years. She believes that education can break the cycle of poverty and transform lives, and that classrooms must be the great equalizers for children from all walks of life. She earned a degree in Social Work from the University of Cincinnati and continued her studies there earning a JD from the College of Law. Jen also studied at Princeton. Throughout her career, she has worked with many organizations, including the Madisonville Education and Assistance Center, where she serves as the Executive Director. Previously, she was the Outgoing Executive Director at Education Matters, CEO/President at Education Matters and Community Matters and Executive Director at Lower Price Hill Community School. Furthermore, she worked at Ohio Justice and Policy Center as a student attorney.
