With a keen focus on ModTech solutions and incorporating renewable energy sources like water, solar, and wind power, Jefre, along with his legal and financial partners, is pioneering innovative approaches to address the evolving needs in the construction industry. From Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs) to commercial structures, his projects encompass a wide range of environments, including lakeside, coastal, and protected lands, all built on durable concrete foundations for long-lasting, stationary structures.

In addition to his professional endeavors, Jefre Outlaw is a passionate global traveler, having explored the streets of 107 countries on foot and by bike. This firsthand experience has nurtured his appreciation for cultural diversity, which he now shares with his wife and young children as they journey together.

Jefre's educational background includes studying BBA with a focus on Finance and Real Estate Development at The University of Texas at Arlington.
