Data Product Specialist / Product Manager 

Part of Core Data Engineering team, which delivers the data that powers PeopleConnect and all its brands. 
Work regularly with cutting edge technology such as machine learning on extremely large data sets and tackle challenging technical problems to deliver business value. Define metrics, build analysis tools, and use automation to monitor and certify data and service releases.

•	Design, build and maintain ETL pipelines to support data validation and quality assurance.
•	Detect data quality issues, identify their root causes, suggest fixes, and design auditing and automation to prevent future data issues.
•	Identify bottlenecks in the test and validation processes and come up with automated solutions to remove them.
•	Work in an agile team, perform code and design reviews in addition to test related tasks.
•	Follow, encourage, and contribute to best practices such as technical documentation on the wiki

Senior Software Development Engineer in Test

Implemented release deployment standards; troubleshoot and fix compilation or build automation issues while leading research and implementation of new and improved engineering tools and processes. Worked closely with stakeholders and technology groups to coordinate and prioritize release schedules.
