Born and raised in Southern California, Jeff hails from a family deeply involved in real estate, with a grandfather who was a renowned real estate developer in Muncie, Indiana, and a father who has excelled as an MAI appraiser for over 35 years.

After graduating from USC with a degree in Business Finance with a focus on Real Estate, Jeff embarked on a successful career journey in the real estate sector.

Initially starting as a commercial real estate appraiser, Jeff spent a decade honing his skills in property analysis, marketing, negotiations, and client service.

During his tenure as an appraiser, Jeff achieved various certifications, including the MAI designation and both the State of California General Certified Real Estate Appraiser license (no longer active) and the State of California Real Estate Broker license (active).

In 1995, Jeff transitioned his career towards industrial real estate brokerage, focusing primarily on the Central Los Angeles region, with a strong emphasis on the Commerce, Vernon, and Los Angeles submarkets.

With over 25 years of experience in the industry, Jeff has been instrumental in over 700 transactions, collectively valued at exceeding $3 billion, with the majority concentrated in the Commerce, Vernon, and Los Angeles areas.

His decision to specialize in a specific geographic area has made him a trusted advisor for local investors, users, and institutions seeking insights into the Central Los Angeles real estate market.

Currently serving as a Senior Vice President at CBRE, Jeff continues to leverage his vast expertise and network to provide exceptional service to clients in the real estate domain.
