Jeffrey Hansler

Jeffrey Hansler is a highly accomplished and experienced executive who has excelled in various fields of business, including sales, finance, marketing, leadership, and organizational development. With a passion for maximizing organizational learning and critical change, Hansler has worked with Fortune 100, 500, and 1000 companies, as well as startups, in a wide range of industries, including textile, agriculture, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, service, finance, transportation, government, bio-tech, and high-tech.

Throughout his career, Hansler has served as a managing partner at Oxford Company Consultants, an instructor at the University of California, Los Angeles, and a BizSig leader at ATD Orange County. He has also worked as a speaker at Vistage, a member of the Association for Talent Development, and an educational session professional speaker at GBTA. Hansler has shared his expertise on various topics, including leadership, innovation, strategic planning, buy-in program development, sales training, sales process, sales activity metrics, sales coaching, and organizational development.

Hansler's background includes studying Psychology, BioChem, and Finance at UC Irvine, as well as earning his high school diploma in general studies at Sharon High School.
