Jeffrey Flohr

Jeffrey (Jeff) Flohr is the Chief of Special Operations Division at the King County Sheriff's Office (KCSO) in Washington state.1 He has over 28 years of law enforcement experience and began his career with KCSO in early 2005.2

Flohr attended Saint Mary's College of California on a football scholarship and has completed numerous law enforcement and leadership development courses, including the FBI-LEEDA Executive Leadership Institute.2
