He has accumulated a wealth of experience over his 8-year tenure as the COO of Upward Smiles, where he has demonstrated his exceptional skills as an effective leader, financial manager, and HR specialist. Jeffrey earned his MBA in Finance and his BS in International Finance from the University of Missouri St. Louis College of Business and the University of Missouri-Saint Louis, respectively. He is also a former practice manager at Upward Smiles, a former president and CEO of Cauley Companies L.L.C., and the former founder and president (non-profit; volunteer) of Future Community Leaders of St. Francois County.
