Hilda Gabriela Ruiz

Hilda Ruiz is an accomplished Human Resources (HR) professional with a diverse background in labor relations, staffing, employee relations, and administration of benefits. Ruiz has extensive experience working with employees and management at all levels that demonstrates her effective communication and leadership skills. Ruiz is well-versed in federal and state labor laws, OSHA safety requirements, payroll, SOX, workers' compensation, immigration, and labor union negotiation. Ruiz's qualifications are extensive, including completing certificate courses, and expected to earn a PHR certification in Fall 2021. As a spokesperson of various HR organizations, Ruiz is a member of the Society for Human Resources (SHRM) and the Northern California HR Association (NCHRA). Ruiz's career spans positions at Stanford University, Team San Jose, Transmeta Corporation, OPERATING ENGINEERS LOCAL UNION NO. 3, and Balance Staffing Company. Ruiz studied Communication Studies at De Anza College and completed a Human Resources Management Certification at UCSC Silicon Valley Extension.
