CEO at Salted
Jeffrey Appelbaum is the CEO and Founder of Salted, a company that builds and operates quick-serve restaurant brands.13 He founded Salted in 2014, initially focusing on online cooking classes and meal kits before pivoting to restaurant delivery services.1 Under his leadership, Salted has grown to operate multiple restaurant brands including Cauliflower Pizza, Moonbowls Korean Cuisine, Ginger Bowl Chinese Cuisine, the $5 Salad Company, F/ck Gluten, and Thrive Kitchen.1
