Jeffrey Alan is a versatile professional with a background in design, development, and entrepreneurship, specializing in Single Family, Boutique Hotels, & Rental & Investment Properties in Isla Mujeres Mexico.

With over 20 years of experience in real estate sales, design, and development in the Greater Seattle area, Jeffrey and his family made the bold move to Mexico in pursuit of a culturally enriching experience and entrepreneurial opportunities on the stunning Caribbean island of Isla Mujeres.

Having extensively explored the Caribbean and Mayan Riviera, particularly areas like Playa Del Carmen and Tulum, Jeffrey is currently involved in developing single-family homes, boutique hotels, and rental and investment properties in Isla Mujeres MX. He is actively seeking investors and joint venture partners for further projects in Mexico and the Caribbean region.

Jeffrey's skill set includes being an out-of-the-box thinker, problem solver, experienced designer, and builder in both the US and Mexico. He has a strong background in speculative properties, international real estate focusing on second homes and investment properties, high-level agency representation, negotiation expertise, sustainable and green building practices, as well as knowledge in short sales and distressed properties.
