Jeffery McGruder

Jeffery W. McGruder II, MBA, is a seasoned financial professional with expertise in personal and commercial credit analysis, financial structuring, and community outreach.

With a background in banking at Wells Fargo Financial and Regions Bank, Jeffery has over 10 years of experience in financial services, including roles as a business banking sales manager and as an underwriter for large corporate and middle market groups.

Currently serving as the Chief Relationship Officer at Citizens Savings Bank & Trust Company, Jeffery plays a vital role in enhancing client experiences and fostering corporate and community relationships throughout Tennessee.

His educational background includes a Master of Business Administration with a minor in Healthcare Administration from Trevecca Nazarene University, a Bachelor of Education in Sports Management from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville, and a Bachelor's degree in Athletic Training from Lipscomb University.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Jeffery McGruder is actively involved in various organizations, including KIPP Academy Nashville, CE McGruder Family Resource Center, Williamson County Chamber of Commerce, Leadership Franklin, and Boy Scouts of America, showcasing his commitment to community engagement and volunteerism.

Residing in Brentwood, TN, Jeffery is a family man, married to Jessica McGruder, with two daughters named Marlee and Ansley, and proudly serves on the board of trustees for New Hope Academy and the Nashville Celtics AAU basketball program.
