Cynthia Day

Cynthia N. Day is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Citizens Trust Bank, a position she has held since February 2012. She made history as the first permanently named female CEO in the bank's history. Her career at Citizens Trust Bank began in February 2003 when she joined as Executive Vice President following the acquisition of Citizens Federal Savings Bank of Birmingham, where she had served since 1993 in various leadership roles, including Chief Operating Officer.13
