Jeff Williams

Jeff Williams is the Managing Member at 1210 Capital, a boutique private equity debt and equity firm based in Charlotte, North Carolina.2 He has held this position since December 2016, accumulating over 7 years of experience in this role.2

Prior to his current position at 1210 Capital, Jeff Williams had a diverse career in the real estate industry:

1. He was the founder and CEO of HighPark Capital, LLC, where he directed the overall investment and growth strategy of the company.1

2. Jeff spent 15 years at Hunt Properties, Inc., where he served as President and successfully developed over $500 million worth of commercial and residential projects.1

3. Earlier in his career, he worked as an Asset Manager in the Distressed and Proprietary Assets Group at ORIX Capital Markets.1

4. He also had experience as an Underwriter in the CMBS group at Goldman Sachs Commercial and started his career as an Analyst with HFF.1

Jeff Williams has over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry and has been involved in executing more than 2 million square feet of development projects across various product types and geographies.1

In terms of his education, Jeff received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin.1

Jeff is also active in professional and community organizations. He serves on the Executive Council of the Real Estate Finance and Investment Center at the University of Texas at Austin and is on the Board of Directors of the Clayton Dabney Foundation.1 He was also the past Chairman of the Lone Star Dallas YPO chapter.1
