Emma Malherbe

Emma Malherbe is a dynamic Change and Project Manager with vast experience in leading and driving transformational projects across local and international organizations. With a strong track record of success in gaining buy-in from internal and external stakeholders, Emma is an expert in embedding change and delivering operational efficiency. She is well-regarded for her ability to manage and motivate diverse teams, navigate cross-cultural differences, and develop strategic direction for organizations.

Emma holds numerous qualifications, including an MBA, BEng (Civil) in Civil Engineering, and a Project Management Professional certification, among others. She has held several senior roles in various organizations, including icare NSW, Transport for NSW, Seven West Media, and Deloitte Australia, where she served as a Change Manager and Senior Consultant.
