Jeff Stautz, CPCC

Jeff Stautz is a Senior Engineering Leader and Certified Co-Active executive coach with over 20 years of experience in building and leading engineering teams. During his tenure as Director of Engineering at Vidyard, he spearheaded the strategy and execution for the Customer Journey teams, significantly impacting ARR and Product-Led Growth. Prior to Vidyard, he was a key founding member at Hootsuite, playing a pivotal role in its growth from a small team to a 1,200-person unicorn, holding leadership positions as the company scaled from pre-funding to Series C, achieving $250M in ARR.

Beyond his engineering prowess, Jeff is recognized for his executive coaching skills, empowering leaders, technologists, and creatives to reach their full potential. Jeff's educational background includes studies in Certified Professional Co-Active Coach training at the Co-Active Training Institute, a Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing from The University of British Columbia, a Certificate in Publishing + Editing from the University of Denver, and a Bachelor of Arts in English and Creative Writing from Pomona College.
