Jeff Sophiea

Jeff Sophiea is a highly accomplished professional with extensive experience in marketing and sales roles. Currently a senior at Adrian College studying marketing, Jeff has previously held several industry-relevant positions. His broad skill set and talent for identifying new business opportunities have enabled him to make valuable contributions to the organizations he's been a part of.

Jeff began his career as an Account Manager and New Business Development specialist at Allstate before joining IdealTraits Inc., where he worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and Senior Sales Executive. In his current role as Senior Team Lead at IdealTraits, Jeff has used his strong leadership skills to manage a team effectively while ensuring that their marketing campaigns align with the company's overarching goals.
