Jeff Gaw is a seasoned real estate entrepreneur, investor, and builder with over 24 years of experience in Davidson County's real estate market.

He holds an MBA in finance from Vanderbilt University's Owen Graduate School of Management and has a diverse background in business management, accounting, and economics.

Jeff founded GAW Properties, Inc. and has been actively involved in new construction, property rehabilitation, investment purchases, and analyzing rental opportunities.

Over the years, he has bought and sold hundreds of properties, rehabbed and sold over 150 homes, and constructed more than 150 new homes in various areas.

Currently, Jeff manages a significant portfolio including approximately 200 rental homes, 3 self-storage properties, and 4 commercial properties.

He is also engaged in new investment opportunities, including start-up banks and a local new bank hedge fund.

Jeff enjoys stock picking and utilizing option strategies for personal and family investments.

His recent projects include a new headquarters building at 650 Wedgewood and the construction of 6 short-term rental townhomes on Buchanan Street, which are operating successfully.

Active in the real estate market, his current projects span across West Nashville, North Nashville, Wedgewood/Houston, Woodbine, and Charlotte Park.
