Marc Rutzen

Enodo Rutzen is an accomplished entrepreneur and leader in the real estate technology industry. With a passion for developing and scaling innovative products that promote efficiency within commercial real estate, Rutzen founded Enodo, an automated underwriting platform for multifamily real estate, in 2016. The platform utilizes machine learning to help users identify investment opportunities, analyze market data, and predict investment performance. Today, hundreds of underwriters and analysts rely on Enodo to source, analyze and execute multifamily deals using real-time multifamily rent and availability data from over two million properties around the country. Rutzen currently serves as the CEO of Enodo and as the Senior Vice President of Information Technology at Walker & Dunlop, where she directs talented data science and engineering teams in the development of industry-changing products. She holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from Columbia University in the City of New York and a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
