Jeff Bsn has amassed over 25 years of experience in healthcare, serving in various roles like ER, ICU, L&D, Dialysis, OR, PACU, Home Health, Nursing Supervision, and Leadership.

He is currently involved in supporting the High Reliability Journey for the VHA through virtual training and coaching, focusing on Lean, Visual Management, and other best practices.

Previously, Jeff played a pivotal role in redesigning and developing the Performance Improvement department at UMMC, achieving remarkable results in reducing Hospital Acquired Infections, improving Hand Hygiene compliance, decreasing Patient Safety Indicators, reducing 30 Day Readmission rates, and enhancing Patient Experience metrics.

As an independent contractor with expertise in Lean Six Sigma, Jeff led Performance Improvement initiatives at Kaiser Permanente Santa Clara, emphasizing waste reduction and operational standardization.

A skilled facilitator, change manager, and motivator, Jeff's comprehensive training in Lean Six Sigma, Emotional Intelligence, Heart Math, Caring Science, and Transformational Leadership sets him apart as an expert change agent.

Jeff's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Registered Nursing from Western Governors University, LSSBB certification from Villanova University, and an ADN in Registered Nursing from Hinds Community College.
