Jeff Boian

Jeff Boian is an accomplished coach, advisor, and strategist with a broad skill set and diverse experience. He currently manages Morrison's People Solutions practice area, where he specializes in executive recruiting, organizational development, HR advising, and strategic planning for clients in the agribusiness, manufacturing, distribution, municipal, nonprofit industries. He is an expert in organizational leadership, career strategy, professional development, and training. Jeff has studied at some of California's most renowned institutions, including Azusa Pacific University, California State University, Humboldt State University, and Chico. Jeff is also a former Sr. Adjunct Faculty at Azusa Pacific University, where he taught Career Development. At Claremont Lincoln University, he was a Teaching Faculty member and he served as Vice President of Education & Professional Development at California and Nevada Credit Union Leagues. His diverse background also includes experience as an Adjunct Faculty member, Strategic Leadership & Management at Nazarene Bible College, Learning Facilitator at Odyssey Teams, and Assistant Residence Community Coordinator at California State University, Chico. Jeff's interests are rooted in leadership training, career strategy, strategic planning, and organizational development.
