With a strong focus on creative development, strategy, and legal aspects, Jef has showcased his expertise in various positions, including Vice President of Production, Head of Programming and Production, Director, and Supervising Producer.

During his time at Netflix, Jef excelled as the Nonfiction Series lead and played a crucial role in developing creative and original content for the international market. Prior to this, he held leadership positions at Sony Pictures Television Networks Asia, where he served as the Vice President of Production.

Jef's career also includes significant contributions to FremantleMedia Asia as the Head of Production and Senior Executive Producer, where he oversaw the production of various projects. His stint at Celestial Tiger Entertainment and Tiger Gate Entertainment further solidified his reputation as a key player in programming and production.
