Jean-Claude Dubacher, a healthcare industry veteran with over 15 years of experience, is the current Chairman and CEO of B. Braun of America Inc., which includes B. Braun Medical Inc., B. Braun Interventional Systems, Aesculap®, and CAPS®.

Dubacher began his career in healthcare consulting and later transitioned to corporate roles, working in strategy, commercial, supply chain, and manufacturing. Prior to joining B. Braun, he led commercial operations for the Surgical Ophthalmology Division of Johnson & Johnson in Europe. Dubacher is known for his passion for meeting customer needs and supporting his team in developing, manufacturing, marketing, and selling products and services that benefit patients.

He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Doctorate Degree in law (Dr. iur.) from the University of Zurich. Jean-Claude serves as a board member for the German American Chamber of Commerce and AdvaMed and is a Trustee of the Committee for Economic Development of The Conference Board.
