Jayson Komp

Jayson Komp is a seasoned Human Resource Executive with a strong background in strategy development, change management, business process improvement, organizational development, talent management, organizational learning, and employee engagement.

Education-wise, Jayson holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Development from Indiana State University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Carroll University.

Throughout his career, Jayson has held various significant roles at reputable organizations. He served as the VP of Human Resources - Tools & Outdoor Supply Chain as well as the Sr. Director Supply Chain HR at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. Additionally, he held the position of VP Global Labor & Employee Relations at Kimberly-Clark, where he also served as the Sr. HR Director for the North American Supply Chain, the North American Adult & Feminine Care HR Director, and the HR Business Partner for Family Care. Earlier in his career, Jayson worked as an Adjunct Instructor in Business & Technology at Lakeshore Technical College and took on roles at GKN, including Global HR Processes & Projects Leader, Manager of Human Resource Development & Technology, Site Human Resource Manager, and Recruiting & Training Coordinator. He also served as the Vice President of Staffing Operations at Eagle Technology Group and as an Engineering Recruiter at Prime Resource Associates.
