    Prior to her roles at the World Food Programme, Jayoung held positions as a Research Assistant at Yonsei Graduate School of International Studies, Consultant at UNESCO, Intern at National Assembly in Korea, Research Assistant at ELSI Korea Project, and Intern at Korea Research Institute of Biosciences and Bioengineering.

    Jayoung's diverse skill set and experiences highlight her expertise in international studies, program management, monitoring and evaluation, performance management, donor relations, research, and consultancy.
