Jayoung LEE is a highly educated professional with a Master's degree in International Studies from Yonsei University and a Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences from Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology.
With an extensive background in various roles within the World Food Programme, Jayoung has served as Deputy Country Director, Head of M&E and Performance Management, Performance management adviser, Performance Reports Officer, Head of suboffice, Programme Officer, and Donor Relations Officer.
Prior to her roles at the World Food Programme, Jayoung held positions as a Research Assistant at Yonsei Graduate School of International Studies, Consultant at UNESCO, Intern at National Assembly in Korea, Research Assistant at ELSI Korea Project, and Intern at Korea Research Institute of Biosciences and Bioengineering.
